Workplace investigations
A fair, independent investigation with a clear written report. One fixed fee, quoted after a free call. No hourly billing, no retainer.
An independent workplace investigation is a fact-finding process run by someone with no link to the people involved. The investigator gathers the evidence, interviews the people concerned and any witnesses, and writes a report setting out the findings of fact.
You then make the decision. The investigation does not decide who wins. It gives you the facts you need to make a fair decision you can defend.
The Fixed-Price Promise. After a free call, you get one fixed fee in writing covering planning, interviews, evidence review and the written report. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Employers rarely lose at tribunal because of the decision. They lose because of the process. The Acas Code of Practice expects a proper investigation, written notice of the allegations, a fair hearing and a right of appeal. Tribunals can adjust compensation by up to 25% where an employer unreasonably fails to follow it.
When the investigator has no relationship with anyone involved, the process is fair, and it is seen to be fair. Staff trust the outcome, and it stands up to scrutiny.
Need the hearing run too? We can chair disciplinary hearings and grievances on a fixed fee. Health or social care provider? See HR for health and social care.
We are based in Neath Port Talbot and work in person across Swansea, Cardiff, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Llanelli and the Valleys. Much of the work can also be done online, so we support employers across the UK.
Read real-world examples: a grievance in a small care team and a safeguarding allegation in a care home.
