Sponsor licence compliance

Sponsor licence compliance audits

Most revocations happen because records slipped, a job description did not match the Certificate of Sponsorship, or a deadline was missed. We help you find the gaps before UKVI does.

Why it matters now

Enforcement has tightened sharply in 2026, especially in the care sector. Three changes raise the risk for sponsors:

What's covered

The Fixed-Price Promise. You get the scope and one fixed price in writing before any work starts. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Where the line sits

Arbiter HR is a competent Level 1 UKVI user and supports employers with sponsor compliance, systems and record-keeping as an HR function.

Arbiter HR is not an immigration adviser and does not advise individuals on visa applications or immigration status. Where that is needed, we refer you to a regulated specialist.

Who it's for

Employers who hold a sponsor licence, especially health and social care providers sponsoring care workers and senior carers. We can also put right the HR side of what an audit finds, such as contracts, job descriptions and policies, through our HR services.

Areas we cover

We are based in Neath Port Talbot and work in person across Swansea, Cardiff, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Llanelli and the Valleys. Much of the work can also be done online, so we support employers across the UK.

Questions

Straight answers

How much does a sponsor licence audit cost?

It is quoted as one fixed fee after a free call, based on how many sponsored workers you have. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Is this immigration advice?

No. We support sponsor compliance, systems and record-keeping as an HR function, as a competent Level 1 UKVI user. We do not advise individuals on visas or immigration status, and refer to a regulated specialist where needed.

What do I get at the end?

A written report with findings and a clear action list, so you know exactly what to put right.

Do you work with care providers?

Yes. Care providers are our specialism, including domiciliary care, residential and nursing homes, and supported living.
