Arbiter HR was built on a simple belief: that fairness matters. Arbiter In Kind is how we carry that belief beyond our clients and into the wider community.
Fairness shouldn't stop at the workplace door. Good work should do good.
Every six months, we donate 10% of our profits to a South Wales charity working in one of the causes closest to us.
Rather than spreading ourselves thin, we choose one charity at a time. It means each donation makes a real, visible difference — and it lets us properly shine a light on the people doing the work.
We want the community to guide us. If you know a South Wales charity that deserves support and recognition, we'd love to hear about it.
